Hop In The Dark C.D.A (Cascadian Dark Ale)

The bottle says it's an ipa meets roasted malt. Not bad. I prefer their hop hendge more, but I do like the flavor the roasted malt gives it, just it seems to be lacking a tiny bit of sweetness. Some vanilla bean or something would be awesome with this. Then again, if that change were made I'm not sure if it would still be a CDA. Its like a porter meets IPA. Begins like a porter and finishes like a ipa. Nothing bad, but certainly nothing special.
