Sled Dog

This is more of a refreshing doppelbock than a heavy one.

Pours a deep amber with a beautiful off white head

Smell is that of molasses and hints of chocolate and caramel, the alcohol is apparent just from the smell.

Taste starts with a bready malt character and fades into a more chocolatey aftertaste

Mouthfeel is medium heavy and quite oily
