I don't know what to say about it. I've always enjoyed Hefeweizens because of the complete absence of hops. Yet here it is, a wheat beer with hops. If you enjoy juicy IPAs or IPAs in general you'll have fun with this one. Let it be known that the IBUs are nowhere near that of an IPA but are noticeable and because more balanced as the beer breaths and warms. Overall not a bad beer but not what I would expect from the oldest Brewery in the world.
