Poured from a bomber into a goblet. Bright bronze in color with a healthy, creamy head. I can smell the pumpkin and spice. The malty spice flavor dominates. Clove, cinnamon, and allspice are the primary flavors. The pumpkin taste is there but there is definitely more spice. It's creamy on the palate and is pretty damn close to a slice of Mom's pumpkin pie. Lots of alcohol in this beer! Be careful! All in all, it's one of the bed pumpkin beers that I've had.
