Avery Karma Belgian Ale

12 oz. bottle

A: pours a deep golden color with a small head. Constant stream of bubbles from bottom of the glass. After it sits has a lacy head at the edge of the glass.

S: fruit esters (apricot, green Apple and a little citrus) from yeast and caremels from malts with relatively little hops. Have a slight overall honey smell to it.

T: a lot of caramel with a little bit of a fruit through back of the palate. No hops to it.

M: the carbonation on the tounge gives it a good mouth feel. The caramel coats the roof of the mouth and the slight fruity esters on the back of the tounge.

D: it is a good beer and enjoyable summer ale.
