Trappistes Rochefort 8

Its excellent this is the most brewed of the 3 types ie. 6-8-10 its a dark brew expresso, honey, malt and hops all come together perfectly i do need to get proper trappistes glasses so the head can form properly and the flavours are relased. Also this and indeed all trappistes brews celler very well. The head dissapates slowly giving a nice caramalised taste at 9.2% you could drink this fast the high alcahol is'nt overpowering at all.
