Unfiltered IPA

Man oh man, THIS is my kind of IPA! Pours a beautifully opaque, rich, medium gold with a thick (and I mean thick) white head that has great suspension. On the nose, aromas of cloves, sweet spice and wildflowers with just the slightest hint of pine cone. This beer is awesomely smooth, mellow and complex with a bread dough note as the primary component backed up by similar flavors as perceived on the nose. This beer is dry-hopped but I'm guessing not aggressively hopped in the wort as I did not pick up any bittering characteristic (for which I was happy). A Belgian Wit in IPA's clothing. I could drink this all year long.
