Hop in the Dark Cascadian Dark Ale. A new emerging beer style. First I tasted the malty flavor of a porter, followed by the bitter hops of an IPA. A nice balance, but would prefer a more hoppy edge. Excellent overall. Part of the Bond Street series from Deschutes Brewery.
