Deep Ellum Cherry Chocolate Double Brown Stout Fruit

This amazing brew is a once-a-year alteration of their Double Brown Stout (actually Baltic Porter). Made by the addition of Red Tart and Dark Sweet Cherries at the beginning of fermentation and Organic/Fair Trade cocoa nibs at the end conditioning. A rich, smooth, chocolate, dry finishing lager with hints of tart cherry to go along with the residual malt sweetness. Perfect! The beer was a Valentine's Day present to myself. The not quite 50/50 "Marital Bliss Bar" was the wife's idea.
