Schneider-Weisse TAP Hopfenweisse 5 - my favorite from Schneider-Weisse, an Weisse with a high alcohol content (8.2%) increased with American Hop! A wonderful fragrance, taste is a mixture of american ale and weisse, becaise amrecan hop used, this beer is made in collaboration with the Brooklyn Brewer.
