Anchor Liberty Ale Pale Ale
(3.5 stars)

A hazed, yellow/orange pour with tight, dense head. Leaves nice, patchy lace. A balanced grain malt and floral hop aroma. A very sharp, herbal, bitter bite to the palate but quickly dissapates to a light, grainy malt with slight residual bitterness. I'm not really a fan of their more famous Steam, but this one is a good APA. Enjoyed at FtW's newest brewpub, Zio Carlo's.
