Olivier Ravoire has passion - in fact he reckons his veins flow with Côtes du Rhône!His father, Roger, started the family wine business in 1987 at the foot of the Luberon in Provence. Today they work closely with some of the best grape growers in the southern Rhône, offering a range of individual estate wines to complement their own premium quality cuvées like this.In the brilliant 2009 vintage, Oliver selected Grenache and Syrah grapes at peak maturity and crafted one of the smoothest, juiciest Rhône reds we've tried in a long while. Serve with rich foods such as roast beef in mustard crust or pork with sage stuffing.
