2007 Toasted Head; Untamed Red
(4.0 stars)

This wine has a combo of grapes, Syrah, Zinfandel, & Petite-Sirah. Great wine to have w/beef ( especially with a nice bone-in ribeye on the egg).
This red is smooth right out of the bottle but will start turning too fruity after being open for 3 hours. So drink fast!
This wine also good for your Merlot & Cabernet connoisseur friends who normally do not drink any other variety of grapes.
