To say that this movie is cheesy is an understatement. This would have been a decent 80's horror movie, as it feels like an 80's horror movie. So the problem is that It's a 1997 film and seems out of place with other horror movies of this time. If you like cheesy horror movies from the 80's like Maniac Cop, Leprechaun and Child's Play give Uncle Sam a watch. While Uncle Sam is not as good as these other movies by any means, it should still be enjoyable.
