A great stand alone story & side quests plus 5 DLC packs keep Fallout 3 fun and fresh even after multiple play throughs. Although interactions with NPC's are not as in depth as a game like Mass Effect the choices in dialogue serve their purpose and and are often times very humorous. The V.A.T.S. targeting system that has been introduced adds the ability to focus on specific areas of your enemies body, it's a unique system that makes it much easier to target weak points on enemies or target multiple areas at once. Another thing that Fallout 3 has done is create a very immersive world. Whether you're traversing the baron wastes or exploring what remains of downtown D.C. this game will pull you in and won't let go.
