Brewer's notes: "Brewed in the style of Berliner Weisse, this beer has undergone fermentation with Lactobacillus prior to regular ale yeast. Hops have been chosen to carefully complement the acidity of this base beer, allowing the hop character to truly shine".
Maybe because it's been a long week, and this is my first beer on a Friday after work - but wow. Astounding ale. Almost a sour cherry liqueur aroma, great mouthfeel. Pale, pale beer with heaps of character. Loving it.
