120 Minute IPA

Imperial IPA from a few weeks ago that's insane and I've never had anything like it. You can tell that a lot of thought and skill goes into the brewing process with this beer. Its not 'hoppy' like a typical IPA but still has layers of different hops that come through it seems. Abv differs from year to year, this one falling in the 18.0 range (yep). Goes down as one of the best beers Ive ever had. And pour some out for the one in the background who just passed away.
