Union Jack And Racer 5 Blind Taste Test

This was really fun to do. Blinded tested again, I tasted Bear Republic Racer 5 and Firestone Union Jack. Very easily I chose the Union Jack. The Racer 5 was more floral overall, the nose being stronger than than the taste. It had a heavier body, more malt backbone and a touch sweeter. The Union Jack had a bigger citrus quality, esp orange and grapefruit, lighter body. It's super juicy and very easy to drink. Perfectly balanced. It seemed lighter yet more complex in flavor. Both had equal bitterness.
