Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales Baudelaire Beer Saison

A saison brewed with rose hips, rose petals, and hibiscus. Cloudy, red-copper pour. Fizzy head fades to collar and thin sheet on surface. Has a tart, sour, cherry lambic-like aroma. Strong carbonation hit tongue first then a light fruity flavor I guess is from rose and hibiscus. Finishes with a pepper, spice, bitterness. Thin body and dry finish.
